Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Otto Studio collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because you should be able to understand it.

Otto Studio ("Otto Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is a product operated by YeungGerrard Group Inc., a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. Otto Studio is a web application that helps you plan and generate a week of social media content. This policy applies to the Otto Studio application at studio.youragentos.ai and related services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you register with a password, a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name and profile image) from Google.
• Business profile. The details you enter about your business — such as your business description, audience, brand voice, weekly topics, and any brand settings like fonts or a logo you upload — so Otto can generate content for you.
• Content you create or upload. The content weeks you generate, along with any images or audio you upload to compose posts.
• Payment details. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects and processes your payment information. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data. Basic information about how you use the app, such as pages visited and features used, which helps us understand and improve the product.
• Technical data. Standard information your browser sends, such as device and browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address, used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate Otto Studio, including generating content based on the details you enter;
• Create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Send you service-related email, such as account confirmation and password resets;
• Maintain the security of the service and prevent abuse;
• Understand usage and improve the product.

We do not use the content you generate to train our own models. Content you enter is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your results, as described below.

3. AI-generated content

Otto Studio generates social media content using a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). When you generate a content week, the business details and topic you provide are sent to that provider to produce your results. Otto Studio composes images from materials you supply and provides AI-generated text and image prompts. Otto Studio does not generate photographic images itself, and it does not connect to, log in to, or post on your social media accounts.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run Otto Studio, and only as needed for them to perform their function. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Where your information is processed

Otto Studio is operated from Canada, and our service providers may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on our service providers' safeguards for handling that information. By using Otto Studio, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure storage through our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Access and update your account and business profile details at any time from within the app;
• Request a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it;
• Close your account by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond as required by law.

9. Children

Otto Studio is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Otto Studio after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
